Subagent-Driven Development

Use this skill when executing implementation plans with independent tasks in the current session. Each task gets a fresh subagent with isolated context, full task text + scene-setting, and two mandatory reviewers (spec compliance, then code quality). Controller does not pause to check in with the human between tasks - it executes the whole plan.
